Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to support the account team remotely within Eastern and Central Time Zones. The role oversees administrative tasks, policy management, and client support while ensuring accuracy and timely service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance client service, active licensing (CISR preferred), and strong communication and analytical skills.

Competenze

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Mansioni

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients; ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, lost policy releases, check requests, invoices, and other documents.
• Support new and renewal business: gather underwriting information, analyze loss runs, prepare submissions, evaluate coverages and pricing, present proposals, bind coverage, and follow up for issuance.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor reports and take action on delinquent accounts; pursue collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms; ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor activity/suspense to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain frequent communication with the account team regarding workload status and issues.
• Deliver excellent service, anticipate needs, and respond quickly to service requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek best practices to improve individual and team performance.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership in IOA values.
