Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist and Account staff.
• Track policy expirations; ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and related items.
• Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, coverages, pricing, proposals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections as needed.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms for data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
• Deliver proactive service and responsive support to clients.
• Stay updated on company policies and pursue continuous improvement.
