Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team, producers, and clients. You will manage renewals, endorsements, submissions, and coverage analysis while ensuring accuracy and timely service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), and strong MS Office skills. A collaborative, proactive approach and excellent communication are essential in our remote-friendly environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business through client research, submissions, and proposals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and uphold policy compliance.
