Job summary

Tendo is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation Program Manager to own delivery and relationships for a portfolio of hospital customers—from contract signing through go-live and value realization. You will lead implementation plans and build trusted relationships with executive sponsors across clinical, IT, and finance teams.

In this senior, autonomous role, you will manage multiple engagements, navigate organizational politics, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to keep commitments

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program/project management, implementation, or professional services.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise software implementations.
• Strong executive communication and ability to present to a customer's C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation planning for new customers with phased plans and realistic timelines.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for accounts through implementation with exec sponsors.
• Identify and manage delivery risk including political and organizational factors.
• Run stakeholder communications and escalations through critical periods.
• Translate contract commitments into concrete implementation plans with updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Manage multiple engagements in a portfolio and mentor junior PMs.
