Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a Sr Implementation Manager to lead deployment projects for midsize clients, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to design plans, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality execution.

You will own project plans, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication while delivering standard and non-standard solutions in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service experience within benefits industry
• 1+ years of experience with special projects and project management delivery
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront and Monday.com
• Direct client-facing and implementation/project management delivery experience
• Professionalism under pressure and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan with internal and external partners across cross-functional teams
• Lead the client implementation from requirements to delivery using standard PM methodologies
• Develop and maintain formal project plans and timelines; manage scope and budget
• Identify risks, communicate status to leadership, and mitigate issues
• Design and deliver non-standard solutions by consulting with clients and partners
• Ensure resources are available and aligned to project needs to meet targets
