Job summary

Tendo is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation Program Manager to own the delivery and relationship for a portfolio of Tendo Insights customers, from contract signature through go-live and into steady-state value realization.

You will be the trusted liaison for hospital executives including CMOs, CFOs, and clinical teams as you drive cross-functional rollouts spanning clinical, financial, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, implementation, or professional services.
• Experience in healthcare, particularly with hospital operations or clinical quality programs, is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own implementation plans, manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, and navigate organizational politics inside customer accounts.
• Represent Tendo credibly in front of hospital executives while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Support to make sure customer commitments are realistic and kept.
