Job summary

Tendo is hiring a Senior Manager to own end-to-end implementation programs for a portfolio of hospital-focused customers. You will lead cross-functional rollout efforts from contract through go-live and into value realization, engaging hospital executives and aligning with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure commitments are kept.

The role is senior and largely autonomous, with responsibility for multiple concurrent engagements and for mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in program/project management, implementation, or professional services in enterprise software/healthcare/B2B.
• Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with executive visibility.
• Judgement navigating politics and relationship risk within a customer account.
• Strong executive communication to C-suite and ability to present plans and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation planning with phased project plans and timelines.
• Serve as primary relationship owner with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders.
• Identify and manage delivery risk including organizational politics and priorities.
• Run structured stakeholder communications and escalation cadences.
• Translate contract commitments into detailed implementation plans and updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage multiple engagements across a portfolio and mentor junior managers.
