Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Service in a defined U.S./Canada territory to drive renewals, conversions, and new service contracts. You will engage customers ahead of warranty expirations, translate needs into value-based service solutions, and support accurate forecasts using CRM tools.

The role reports to the Director, Service Business Operations within North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience as stated.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and hitting revenue targets.
• Foundational negotiation skills including pricing and service scope discussions.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and growth targets by managing a pipeline of renewal, conversion, and new service contract opportunities across all stages of the sales cycle.
• Support contract renewal and penetration by engaging customers ahead of warranty expiration and converting time‑and‑material accounts to contract coverage.
• Position service offerings in terms of uptime, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership.
• Execute territory plans and maintain forecasting using CRM and quoting tools to manage pipeline and forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience.
