A Place for Mom is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Consultant to work with families and guide them through their decision-making process. This fully remote position requires strong sales skills, a proven track record, and experience managing pipelines. You’ll consistently engage families, drive outcomes, and collaborate with senior living communities to facilitate move-ins.

Ideal candidates have a degree and 5+ years in a sales role. Compensation includes a base salary of $51,500, potential earnings of $86,500, and various benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.

• Manage a pipeline of families who require continued guidance toward a move-in decision.
• Execute consistent outreach to re-engage and advance families.
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision.
