Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Comfortable owning a pipeline and being accountable for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families requiring guidance toward a move-in decision.
• Execute high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email.
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM for pipeline status.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
