Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Consultant to re‑engage families and guide them toward move‑in decisions from a high‑activity pipeline. You will perform consistent outreach via phone, text, and email and close deals across the sales cycle.

This fully remote role pays $51,500 base with an $86,500 OTE and a $35,000 bonus potential, plus benefits like 401(k) match and health, dental, and vision insurance. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-driven inside or phone-based sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work remotely with focus and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families who engaged with A Place for Mom and guide them toward move-in decisions.
• Execute high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families.
• Move families from tour to decision, schedule additional tours, and provide referrals when needed.
• Maintain a structured follow-up cadence to keep engagement and prevent stagnation.
• Build trust with families and guide them to best-fit care options.
• Coordinate with senior living communities to support move-in conversion.
• Document pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts in CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and participate in coaching and training.
