Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Consultant to guide families through the final stages of their decision. This fully remote role focuses on high-volume outreach and converting leads into move-ins. Candidates should have over 5 years of sales experience, proven sales success, and strong CRM proficiency. The position offers an hourly base salary of $51,500, with on target earnings of $86,500 including an uncapped bonus. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quota‑driven sales role, preferably inside or phone‑based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask (phone + CRM documentation simultaneously).
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom.
• Execute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email.
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training.
