A Place for Mom is a fully remote company helping families navigate senior care. The Senior Inside Sales Consultant role focuses on re-engaging families, managing a busy pipeline, and converting interest into move-ins through structured follow-up and consultative selling.

The position requires strong communication, relentless follow-up, and accountability for outcomes, with flexible scheduling to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask (phone + CRM documentation)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work remotely with high focus and accountability

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of families who previously engaged with A Place for Mom and require continued guidance toward a move-in decision
• Execute high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision, including scheduling additional tours and providing referrals
• Apply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation
• Build trust with families, understand needs, and guide them to best-fit care options
• Coordinate tours with senior living communities and care providers and reflect status in CRM
