Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead end-to-end design, testing and deployment of enterprise solutions in a remote US setting. You will translate business needs into scalable technical implementations and collaborate with customers across industries.

You will own requirements, architecture, timing estimates, and training, guiding teams and clients through complex deployments with a focus on performance, reliability, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent certifications and experience.
• 8+ years of consulting/professional services experience in a client facing delivery role.
• Experience with software implementation best practices and software architecture principles.
• Experience in building productive client relationships.
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Marketing, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Government, or similar sectors.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis and consult on best practices for enterprise solutions from business and technical perspectives.
• Implement enterprise deployments and technical architecture for large-scale projects meeting scalability, reliability, and performance goals.
• Design, implement, configure and customize solutions and integrations to meet functional needs with minimal oversight.
• Prepare requirements documentation and accurate time estimates for deployment tasks.
• Lead demonstrations of configured solutions and prototypes while managing scope expectations.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions and share innovative ideas.
• Perform performance troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex solutions and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in Hyland's content services platforms and apply knowledge to customer engagements.
