Hygraph is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer based in the US (Texas) with a hybrid work model. You will partner with engineering and content leaders to design solution architectures, run discovery, and deliver tailored demos and workshops to drive outcomes.

You’ll split time between pre-sales activities (discovery, proofs of concept, workshops) and post-sales architectural guidance, collaborating with AE, CSM, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong working knowledge of GraphQL and modern web architectures (React, Next.js, Svelte, and similar).
• Experience scoping and running proofs of concept or pilots with defined, measurable success criteria.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery to uncover a prospect’s goals, architecture, and success criteria.
• Design and present architectures tailored to each prospect’s stack and constraints.
• Build and deliver demos and prototypes to tell the prospect’s story.
• Lead pre-sales engagements and participate in post-sales solution architecture activities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, CSMs, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineers.
