Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer for remote work in the US. You will lead requirements analysis, design and implement enterprise deployments, and customize solutions to meet complex needs across multiple industries.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and deep product knowledge in Hyland's content services platforms. You will mentor teammates, present solutions to stakeholders, and drive successful deployments from design through training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• STEM degree or related certifications/experience preferred.
• 8+ years in a client-facing delivery/consulting role.
• Experience with software implementation best practices and architecture.
• Proven ability to build productive client relationships.
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Media, Marketing, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Government, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis and consult on enterprise solutions from both business and technical perspectives.
• Implement enterprise deployments and design architectures for large-scale projects.
• Configure and customize solutions to meet complex functional requirements with minimal oversight.
• Prepare and communicate deployment estimates and project scope.
• Lead demonstrations of the configured solution to maintain stakeholder buy-in.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver quality solutions and foster innovation.
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate resolutions to both team and customer management.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in Hyland content services platforms and stay current with product offerings.
• Manage architectural design sessions and client deliverables such as specs, test cases, and user stories.
• Submit product feature requests to product management.
• Lead training for customers and internal teams, and develop training materials.
