Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to drive design, test and implementation efforts for enterprise solutions. This remote US role focuses on leading requirements analysis, implementing deployments, and shaping technical architectures using Hyland products.

You will design and customize solutions, estimate timelines, and deliver end-to-end training while collaborating with customers and internal teams. A strong background in consulting and client delivery is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or professional services in a client-facing delivery role.
• Experience with software implementation best practices and software architecture.
• Experience building productive client relationships.
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Media, Marketing, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Government, or related sectors.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis and consult on recommended practices for enterprise solutions.
• Implement enterprise deployments and technical architecture for large scale projects.
• Design, configure and customize solutions to meet complex requirements with minimal oversight.
• Estimate time to complete deployments and prepare project deliverables.
• Lead demonstrations of configured solutions and maintain stakeholder buy-in.
• Deliver training for customers and teams, and prepare training materials.
