Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris Computer, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. The role delivers enQuesta CIS solutions, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, training, and support for customers, with remote work and travel as needed.

The candidate will be customer-facing, translate requirements into deliverables, and collaborate with Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, QA, and other teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years CIS/Utility enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, Clarizen experience is a plus.
• Experience with electric rate configuration in a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems, billable read workflows.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to rapidly assess information and derive autonomous conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client requirements; interpret within project scope.
• Configure software using workflow rules for client processes.
• Coordinate with data conversion for legacy data transition.
• Train end users remotely and in classroom sessions.
• Provide CIS SME support for project teams and upgrades.
• Lead discovery sessions and document current/future state processes.
• Assist data conversion with mapping and validation.
• Draft and execute software testing based on requirements.
• Create training materials and train end users.
• Act as customer advocate and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide support during testing, production, and post-implementation.
