Job summary
Systems & Software, a division of Harris, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant for the Professional Services team. The role focuses on delivering enQuesta CIS solutions, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, training, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience a plus.
- Experience with electric rate configuration and CIS billing system maintenance.
- MDM systems knowledge with emphasis on billable read workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and understand client business requirements; interpret within project scope.
- Configure software using workflow and business rules for client processes.
- Collaborate with data conversion specialists for legacy data transition.
- Train end users remotely and in classroom-led sessions.
- Provide CIS expertise and consulting for project teams (new implementations, upgrades, quotes).
- Work with cross-functional teams including PMs, QA, and Support Analysts.
- Assist data mapping and validation during data conversion.
