Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team and deliver enQuesta CIS solutions to customers. You will analyze business needs, configure software, train users, and support deployments in a fast-paced environment.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US and Canada with travel up to 75%. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in CIS/EnQuesta/JIRA/Confluence/Clarizen are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, Jira, Confluence, and Clarizen experience.
• Experience with electric rate configuration and CIS billing systems.
• Experience with MDM systems with emphasis on billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client requirements and map to project scope.
• Configure software using workflow rules for client processes.
• Coordinate data conversion and data mapping activities.
• Train end users through remote and classroom sessions.
• Provide CIS SME consulting for project teams and deployments.
• Participate in discovery sessions and document requirements.
• Assist data conversion resources with mapping and validation.
• Draft and execute software testing and training materials.
