Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris, is seeking a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. You will deliver enQuesta CIS solutions, perform requirements analysis, and train users in remote and classroom settings.

The role is customer-facing with travel up to 75%, requiring a passport and international travel eligibility. Location is remote across the US and Canada, with a focus on delivering value-added services to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience is a plus.
• Experience with electric rate configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance in a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems with emphasis on billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements; interpret and apply the information within the scope of the project.
• Configure the software using workflow and business rules to enable clients to conduct their business processes.
• Collaborate with data conversion specialists for smooth legacy data transition.
• Train end users on the software in remote and classroom settings.
• Provide CIS SME consulting for project teams and upgrades.
• Lead discovery sessions to document current/future-state processes.
