Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise identity program and anchor identity as the control plane in a defense-in-depth program. You will own architecture, strategy, and operational maturity of AI-enabled identity technologies across workforce, customer, and non-human identities.

You will design identity architecture, CAE, and ZTNA, while maturing MFA/FIDO2, SSO, and PAM across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field with extensive IAM/security experience.
• Expert hands-on experience in IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM with federation protocols.
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement.
• Proficiency with security benchmarks and frameworks (MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust).
• Strong scripting skills used for CI/CD, IaC, and automation in identity contexts.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and communicate strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Lead ZTNA maturation and CAE, including session revocation, risk-based auth, and phishing-resistant auth.
• Oversee PAM, JIT elevation, credential vaulting, and non-human identity governance.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication across SaaS and multi-cloud.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and develop identity IR playbooks.
