Job summary

Relativity in New York (Remote) seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity strategy, design, and operations across workforce, machine, and non-human identities. You will anchor identity as the primary control plane within a defense-in-depth program, mentor engineers, and partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security to reduce the attack surface and strengthen detection and response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands‑on enterprise IAM or security engineering experience with identity, authentication, and access domains (or 6+ years with a relevant Master's).
• Expert experience architecting identity platforms across IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos.
• Proven track record in identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity within defense-in-depth.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust maturation.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA, JIT access, and authentication standards across SaaS and multi-cloud.
• Define governance for non-human identities with policy-as-code.
• Lead integration of identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR for threat detection and response.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with GRC for audits and compliance.
