Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise identity program, anchoring identity as the primary control plane in a defense‑in‑depth strategy. You will oversee architecture, strategy, and operational maturity of AI‑enabled identity technologies across workforce, customer, and non‑human identities.

You will mentor engineers, partner with Security leadership, and drive improvements to detect and respond to identity‑based threats across multi‑cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of hands-on IAM or security engineering experience; Master’s degree with 6+ years acceptable.
• Expert experience architecting identity platforms across IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM with federation protocols.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and communicate strategy to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture across workforce, machines, and workloads.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and ZTNA capabilities.
• Lead integration of identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and IR playbooks.
• Design governance for non-human identities and privilege management.
• Mentor engineers and align identity controls with regulatory standards.
