You will build your own book of business, manage opportunities, and run the sales process from initial contact to closing, including presenting proposals to C-level executives and business owners. This role requires strong communication, proven PEO sales experience, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years in B2B complex sales.
• Proven PEO experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan territory to hit targets across multiple states.
• Prospect and build a pipeline via cold calls, email, and referrals.
• Qualify opportunities quickly based on personas and criteria.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and TriNet colleagues.
• Navigate a multi-step sales process with approvals and closing.
• Maintain CRM records and complete administrative tasks on time.
