Job summary

TriNet Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive new business within a 5-99 employee client base. You will own the sales process from prospecting to close, build a pipeline, deliver proposals, and present to C-level executives and business owners.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills, with a focus on meeting quota in a dynamic environment. Travel to client sites within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 1+ years B2B complex sales cycle required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hit targets within a defined territory.
• Prospect new clients via calls, email, and social channels.
• Qualify opportunities and disqualify quickly.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships to close deals.
• Navigate a multi-step sales process and manage opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo and quoting tools.
• Meet quota targets and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Uphold TriNet values and comply with policies.
