Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in an HR generalist, operations, or client-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems (ADP/Paylocity/Workday/Gusto or similar).
• Proficient in core HR functions: payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, documentation, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for assigned clients, including multi-state employees and 1099 contractors.
• Prepare and administer benefits and HR documentation; respond to routine HR questions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Keep HRIS data, benefits records, and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Identify improvement opportunities for recurring HR processes and help implement changes.
