Blackwell HR, a woman-founded HR consulting group, is seeking an experienced HR professional for a full-time, W2 role. The position supports payroll processing, HR documentation, employee relations, and HR projects from a fully remote environment with occasional multi-state responsibilities.

Qualifications include 3+ years in HR (generalist/operations/client-facing), hands-on payroll and HRIS experience (ADP/Paylocity/Workday, etc.), and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR generalist, HR operations, or client-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with core HR functions: payroll, benefits, onboarding, recruiting, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for assigned clients, including multi-state employees and contractors, time and attendance, deductions, and post-payroll reporting.
• Create and maintain employee communications, policies, notices, and HR documents.
• Support routine employee relations and assist with escalated guidance from HR Principals.
• Assist with HR projects: recruiting, onboarding, performance, engagement, and other programs.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and documentation; identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
