Formación

• 8+ years of leadership experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Experience leading organizational change management and cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performing sales operations and business planning teams, fostering accountability and growth
• Drive cross-functional business planning and revenue operations initiatives to maximize growth and efficiency
• Develop and implement sales strategies, performance metrics, and processes that support field sales at scale
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning with global alignment
• Define and track KPIs across the GTM organization and translate insights into recommendations for senior leadership
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to promote collaboration and remove barriers to success
• Evaluate existing operational processes and design scalable systems and workflows to support Zoom's growth
• Coach and mentor individuals and teams across multiple channels and modes
