Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven ability to translate complex data and business challenges into strategic recommendations and drive results.
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives with cross-functional alignment.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams across multiple channels and working modes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing sales operations and business planning teams, fostering accountability and growth.
• Drive cross-functional business planning and the execution of revenue operations initiatives to maximize growth and efficiency.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, performance metrics, and operational processes that support field sales goals at scale.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies.
• Define and track KPIs across the GTM organization and translate insights into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to promote collaboration and remove barriers to success.
• Evaluate existing processes and design scalable workflows to support Zoom's growth trajectory.
