Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Senior GTM Analytics Manager to set and execute vision for scalable analytics across its go-to-market teams. You will align metrics, data models, and context so executives, managers, engineers, and AI agents receive trustworthy answers.

You'll work with Pre- and Post-Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services, building foundations for self-serve analytics and governance. This is an influential IC role.

Qualifications

• Our 8+ years in analytics/BI/analytics engineering or GTM/Services operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Direct experience supporting Pre- or Post-Sales Operations, Solutions/ Sales Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Professional Services or Customer Success.
• Deep data modeling: dimensional modeling, entity design, metric layer design; review and challenge data models.
• Expert SQL and hands-on with modern data stack tools like BigQuery, dbt, or a semantic layer.
• Strong knowledge of GTM and services data such as Salesforce and professional services tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year strategy for Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Engineering, FDE, and Professional Services data.
• Act as a thought leader on scaling information in an AI-first world with semantic layers and governed metrics.
• Review dashboards, retire duplicates, and move toward a single source of truth.
• Define, document, and carry out official metrics for the teams you support.
• Keep metric definitions aligned with Finance and Data, resolving conflicts with clear logic.
• Be the main business/technical partner to the central Data team for stakeholders.
