Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Lead GTM Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making within its marketing organization. You will analyze campaign performance, end-to-end funnel health, and marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in marketing analytics, experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, and strong data storytelling skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in marketing analytics.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to build executive dashboards and present to senior stakeholders.

Experience with AI-enabled analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of pipeline health, funnel conversion, and revenue performance; identify gaps and drivers.
Analyze full-funnel performance across MQL/SQL/opportunity stages and optimize conversion.
Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and marketing influenced revenue.
Develop and maintain dashboards and executive-level reports for data-driven decisions.
Partner with Marketing leadership to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards.
Mentor team members and stay current on marketing analytics best practices.
