Job summary

Close is seeking an experienced Staff GTM Analyst to partner with GTM leadership and own the data story across funnel stages. You will be hands-on with data, building semantic layers and guardrails that empower self-serve insights for the broader team.

You will push the boundaries of analytics, applying AI-driven approaches to SQL, dashboards, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and trust across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4, and ad platforms.

Qualifications

• An experienced analyst with hands-on, highly technical analytics experience.
• Able to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Fluency in GTM data concepts, attribution, UTMs, and tracking.
• Experience building models and dashboards for self-serve analytics.

Responsibilities

• Make our GTM data trustworthy by defining metrics and modeling the funnel across platforms.
• Explain anomalies and reconcile discrepancies across data warehouses and analytics tools.
• Forecast, model tradeoffs, and help leadership decide on investments.
• Own outcomes and drive data-driven fixes with cross-functional teams.
• Define the next era of data at Close and enable self-serve insights.
