Job summary

EverAI is a fully remote company seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition, optimize funnels, and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and native networks. You will partner with the CMO to shape aggressive growth plans and execute fast experiments.

You’ll analyze performance using GA4 and Voluum, iterate creative briefs, and build scalable SOPs to drive CAC/ROAS while expanding our user base beyond 50M toward 100M and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets ($300K–$1M+/month).
• Strong analytical skills and creative instinct to scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or two paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) and scale.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run rapid testing loops on creatives and audiences to optimize CAC/LTV.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and inform strategy with dashboards.
• Collaborate with content/product to launch high-converting landing pages.
