Job summary

EverAI is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Lead to accelerate user acquisition for a global AI companionship platform. You will own campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and others, scale CAC/ROAS, and partner with the content and product teams to optimize landing pages.

You’ll work in a fully remote, fast-paced environment with a focus on data-driven experimentation, automation, and scalable processes. Strong English communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K–$1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or two paid channels with potential expansion.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run rapid testing loops for creatives, audiences, placements.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Negotiate with traffic sources and manage partnerships.
• Create SOPs and playbooks for scaling campaigns.
