Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle for performance ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV, blending craft with data and AI.

You will concept, script, direct production briefs, edit video, and partner with media and growth teams to optimize campaigns while maintaining brand quality.

The role is remote-first in the US, with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production for paid channels.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing paid ads.
• Strong intuition for hooks, pacing, CTAs and scrolling behavior.
• Elevated visual taste with ability to raise brand quality without sacrificing performance.
• Experience editing video and delivering fast iterations.
• Ability to collaborate across creative, media, and analytics teams.
• Experience with AI tools to speed up production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Bring a sharp creative eye to assets, elevating visual quality and storytelling.
• Stay on top of platform trends and cultural shifts to keep content fresh.
• Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks rooted in performance.
• Translate performance data into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners, preserving Jerry's standards.
• Edit video directly with speed and high quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
