Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist who will own the full creative lifecycle for performance ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You’ll blend craft with data, direct production briefs, and leverage AI to expand the range of premium, high-performing ads while maintaining brand quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing/directing high-performing paid ads.
• Strong performance creative intuition for hooks and pacing.
• Elevated visual taste; can raise brand quality without hurting performance.
• Video editing fluency to cut and iterate quickly.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset across creative, media, and analytics teams.
• AI fluency; experience with generative tools to speed production.
• Bonus: experience in both performance media and brand/design agencies.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid channels.

• Stay on top of platform trends and cultural shifts to keep content fresh.
