Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own end-to-end creative production for performance campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You’ll lead ideation, scripting, editing, and AI-enabled optimization to drive results while elevating brand quality.

You will partner with media and growth teams, direct production briefs, and guide external partners to deliver premium, performance-driven work. This role is remote-first in the United States.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong performance creative intuition with hooks, pacing, CTAs.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling while maintaining performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends and cultural shifts to keep creative fresh and effective.
• Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks rooted in performance data.
• Translate performance signals into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners; write briefs and guide品质.
• Edit video directly; iterate quickly with AI tools to speed production.
