Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle, from concept through production and iteration. You will craft performance-driven ads for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV, elevating craft while maintaining measurable results.

You'll combine strategic insight with hands-on production, using AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation, while collaborating with media and growth teams to drive scalable brand performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels.
• Strong performance creative intuition with hooks and pacing.
• Elevated visual taste and brand-quality design sensibilities.
• Video editing fluency and the ability to iterate quickly.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced environments.
• AI fluency and experimentation with generative tools.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Bring a sharp creative eye to every asset to raise brand quality while maintaining performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts.
• Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks rooted in performance.
• Translate performance data into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners with briefs and direction.
• Edit video directly to cut, iterate, and polish ads quickly.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
