Jerry.ai is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle from concept to production. You will craft performance-driven creatives for paid channels across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV, combining experimental AI tools with strong visual taste.

You’ll collaborate with media, analytics, and growth teams to drive measurable results. You will lead and edit at speed, partner with production partners, and push the brand to new heights while maintaining performance discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing/directing high-performing creatives for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong performance creative intuition and ability to craft hooks, pacing, and CTAs.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling to raise brand while maintaining performance.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and cultural shifts to keep ads fresh and effective.
• Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks rooted in performance data.
• Translate performance signals into creative direction with media/growth teams.
• Manage agency/production partners and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Edit video directly to move fast without sacrificing quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
