Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a Senior Account Manager on the FACTS Grant & Aid/G&A/SGO team for remote, full-time work. You will oversee end-to-end implementation, client onboarding, and ongoing account management for grant systems used by scholarship organizations, delivering training and specialized reports while collaborating across Sales, Product, IT, and Operations.

• Two years of customer service or account management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing account management for G&A/SGO.
• Consult with clients during sales and provide training and onboarding.
• Develop and deliver specialized reports and training sessions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay current on tax laws and state tax credit programs relevant to clients.
