Job summary
Maximus is seeking an IT Principal Contact Center Solution Architect to lead the design and strategy of complex contact center modernization projects for government programs. This remote role focuses on translating mission, quality of service, and security requirements into scalable architectures across the opportunity lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 10-12 years of relevant professional IT experience preferred.
- Experience with government sector programs and acquisitions.
- Strong design, architecture, and estimation capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-discipline capture and proposal efforts.
- Experience in contact center and cloud/on-prem/hybrid architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for large, complex government pursuits and shape opportunities pre-RFP.
- Translate requirements into integrated solution architectures across platforms.
- Oversee technical win themes, discriminators, and differentiation.
- Mentor architects and guide cross-functional teams through capture to delivery.
- Interface with pricing, delivery, and business development teams to ensure viability.
- Present concepts and estimation models to senior stakeholders.
