Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 10–12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and strategy for large, complex government pursuits.
- Define win themes, discriminators, and innovation differentiators.
- Collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities pre-RFP.
- Own technical volume development and ensure differentiation and cohesive integration with cost, management, and past performance.
- Mentor Solution Architects and train technical employees across the organization.
- Interface with pricing and delivery teams to ensure solution viability.
- Review RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; support proposal development.
- Develop modernization roadmaps and transition plans for legacy environments.
