Maximus is seeking a Senior Principal Contact Center Solution Architect to lead the design and strategy of complex contact center modernization for government programs. This remote role emphasizes omnichannel architectures, security, and cloud integration to meet mission goals.

You will mentor architects, partner with capture, pricing, and delivery teams, and translate client requirements into scalable, executable solutions across the opportunity lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10-12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with government sector programs and proposals.
• Proven bid development and RFx support experience.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable contact center solutions for government programs across cloud/on-premises/hybrid environments.
• Provide demonstrations and technical briefings to stakeholders.
• Mentor Solution Architects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Translate client requirements into viable solution elements and architecture views.
• Lead complex, strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with cost and performance goals.
• Interface with pricing, delivery and capture teams to ensure viable, differentiated proposals.
