Ladders is seeking an Associate Director of Government Partnerships to lead a portfolio of state and local agency relationships within the Telecommunications & Hardware space, guiding opportunities from discovery to signed agreements while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years securing partnerships with state and local government agencies.
• Experience developing tailored proposals, MOUs, and SOWs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in proposals and follow-ups.
• Subject matter awareness of public sector human services.
• Curiosity about emerging AI tools and commitment to responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of state and local agency accounts.
• Develop account plans to identify partner needs and opportunities.
• Lead discovery, pitch, and scoping conversations, and drive follow-up.
• Manage the cross-functional path to signature across various teams.
• Improve pitch materials and partnership infrastructure.
• Represent government partners' voices in product decisions.
• Mentor colleagues on best practices in strategic partnerships.
