Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years securing partnerships with state and local government agencies.
• Experience developing tailored proposals, MOUs, and SOWs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in proposals and follow-ups.
• Subject matter awareness of public sector human services.
• Curiosity about emerging AI tools and commitment to responsible use.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Government Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will lead a portfolio of state and local government agency relationships, with a focus on building trusted partnerships that advance public sector human services initiatives. You will guide opportunities from early discovery through signed agreement while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to move proposals, MOUs, and SOWs forward. The position calls for strong relationship management, strategic account planning, and the ability to represent government partner needs in product and partnership decisions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $108,503 - $132,825 annually
