Code for America seeks an Associate Director of Government Partnerships to secure and grow state and local government collaborations. You will own a portfolio of accounts, drive opportunities from initial discussion to signed agreements, and shape offerings in collaboration with program, product, and engineering teams.

You will maintain compelling pitch materials, case studies, and accurate records, lead the path to signature with cross-functional teams, and mentor colleagues while expanding

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience, incl. 2+ years securing partnerships with state/local government
• Proven track record from first conversation to signed agreements (MOUs, data sharing, SOWs)
• Experience managing government accounts or relationships and growing them over time

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of state/local government accounts and drive opportunities to signed agreements
• Shape offerings with program, product, and engineering teams
• Own pitch materials, case studies, decks, and proposal language
• Lead cross-functional path to signature across Legal, Privacy, Security, and delivery teams
• Mentor colleagues on Partnerships best practices
• Represent partner voice in product decisions and support grant reporting
