Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an accomplished Corporate FP&A leader for a fully remote, globally distributed finance organization. The role targets senior-level accountability across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting to support executive decision-making.

You will own standardized metrics, drive strategic financial guidance, and partner with senior leaders to optimize resource allocation and performance across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably at a tech company.
• Experience in public company readiness and board-level reporting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with ability to translate complex data into recommendations.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional influence across orgs and geographies.
• Experience optimizing finance processes with automation and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve corporate FP&A processes including long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
• Lead executive and Board-level reporting with decision-ready analysis.
• Develop KPI and reporting framework with dashboards and scorecards.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Finance for month-end close and variance analysis.
• Establish scalable operating rhythms with clear ownership and standardized metrics.
• Modernize forecasting methods and implement AI-powered tools.
• Advise leadership on performance management and resource allocation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration efforts.
