Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A to partner with Consumer leadership, owning the analysis and planning that guides resource allocation and efficiency across one of Coinbase's largest business lines.

You will lead end-to-end forecasting, driver-based models, and month-end close, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Design to translate financial insight into strategic actions, with a focus on responsible use of AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with OpEx planning ownership.
• Experience managing large expense budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for executives.
• Strong ability to build driver-based models in Excel; SQL proficiency; planning tools like Anaplan or NetSuite.
• Collaborates with Product, Engineering to align plans with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly deliverables for Consumer OpEx.
• Build driver-based models to quantify risks, opportunities, and scenarios.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and month-end close with Accounting.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to translate insights into resource allocation.
• Prepare and present analyses during business reviews.
• Execute deep-dive analyses to surface trends and efficiency opportunities.
