Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team to partner with Consumer leadership, owning the analysis and planning that guides how we allocate resources and drive efficiency across one of Coinbase's largest business lines.

The FP&A team owns the company’s financial roadmap, from the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts to the business reviews that power strategic trade-offs, and your work will directly shape how Consumer scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, strategic or corporate finance with OpEx planning ownership.
• Experience forecasting budgets and performing variance analyses for executives.
• Driver-based modeling and scenario analysis in Excel; SQL for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial deliverables for Consumer OpEx with on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models to quantify risks and opportunities.
• Drive monthly variance analysis and month-end close in partnership with Accounting.
• Partner with Consumer Product, Engineering, Design to translate insights into resource plans.
• Lead preparation and presentation of analyses during business reviews with strategic recommendations.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to surface trends and efficiency opportunities in Consumer spend.
